Professor Hughson's Traveling Laboratory
Professor Hughson's Traveling Laboratory is a highly interactive, fun-filled, fact-finding mission suitable for grades 2-6. Kids of all ages remain fully engaged through the use of volunteers and humor. This 45 minute exploration of the greatest science to ever roll through a schoolhouse door includes Energy, Sound, Inertia, the Solar System, and the 2024 Solar Eclipse.

Red Nose Audition: Reading for Success
In this program Richard Hughson wants more than anything to be a clown. He's delighted to have found the perfect book to help him earn the coveted Red Nose. Attempting to perform the skills required of a clown, he misunderstands the instructions and comes to see that only by reading carefully will he achieve his goal. Kids cheer him on through his foibles as he achieves his dream.

Build a Comic Super Power!
Magician and clown Richard Hughson steps away from center stage to guide children and adults through exercises designed to enhance joy, laughter, and self-confidence. Through the use of affirmative activities, fear of failure gives way to the wonder of creative expression. Students are set on a course to build and expand their own personal Comic Super Power.

Special Needs Programming
Richard Hughson has enjoyed performing for special needs audiences for many years. His silly juggling, lively balancing and slapstick pratfalls are a natural fit for any audience.
